Frontend Developer (with Backend & AI Knowledge) & Product Lead for MVPs and POCs

About Us

We are a small but ambitious creative tech studio working across industries like sports, entertainment, events, and consumer apps. Our work blends design, technology, and AI to create smart, beautiful, and engaging digital experiences. From real-time tools for live productions to gamified web platforms and AI-enhanced interfaces, we build products that are both fun and functional.

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary developer who combines frontend expertise with backend setup know-how—and can also wear a light product manager hat when needed.

Most of our projects start as MVPs or POCs. You’ll help bring those to life quickly, test them in the real world, and—if they succeed—coordinate additional developers to scale them into robust, production-ready products.

Your Role

Craft sleek, responsive frontends using React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
Establish lightweight backend services with Firebase, Supabase, or Node/Express.
Implement AI-driven features (e.g. GPT-based assistants, embeddings, or smart UX flows).
Rapidly deliver MVPs—balancing quality with creative momentum.
Participate in product scoping and early architecture decisions.
Evolve from builder to product lead on successful prototypes:
Draft briefs and implementation plans
Manage developers
Supervise QA and timeline delivery
Utilize AI tools as development accelerators—whether for scaffolding code, designing flows, or brainstorming features.

What You Bring

3+ years of frontend development experience.
Strong understanding of backend basics and cloud-based tools (e.g., Firebase, Supabase).
Practical knowledge or keen interest in AI services, GPT APIs, or assistant integration.
Comfort with product thinking: MVPs, tradeoffs, timelines.
Effective communication and coordination skills to support other devs.
Receptiveness to using AI as a collaborator—not a threat.
A passion to build high-utility, user-focused experiences with polish.

Bonus Points

Experience in live event tech, interactive platforms, or mobile/web apps.
Knowledge of UX design, gamification, or building engagement loops.
Design sensibility and experience with Figma.
Experience working remotely, independently, and cross-functionally.
