Your profile

You are genuinely motivated by making a difference in people’s working life and understand how you can influence the experience in a hospitality environment.

Attitude is far more important than experience in this entry level position. A hospitality background is preferred but not essential, providing you feel you embody the points below. You will receive plenty of incredible opportunities for growth, learning and development.

As a Community Associate, you will have cross functional responsibilities in order to offer multi-faceted support for our members & our buildings.

Tasks:

• Be the Face of your Building - You will be the first and main point of contact to provide support and an exceptional hospitality experience to all members and guests entering the space. While managing the Front Desk during key business hours, you will ensure a well organised entrance area.

• Deliver a 5* Service - Our purpose is to deliver a service that accelerates the growth of our members. We do everything with care and conscience. Bring a critical mindset, so you can call us out and we can continually improve our offering.

• Be the Centre of the Community- Make knowing our members your business, so you are best placed to create meaningful & mutually beneficial connections between them & the wider Techspace community.
