• a student with first practical experience in marketing and sales

• interested in how to find the right customers and address them appropriately

• someone, that has no difficulty approaching complete strangers openly and directly and talking to them

• a person who has already gained some experience with marketing and sales tools and AI-based marketing communication

• direct, open and strong in communication. You say openly if something isn't working or if you need help

• a person who enjoys researching information about companies and people. This is an essential part of your job

• reliable. "Walk the talk" is very important to us. As we are a small team, we have to be able to rely on each person in the team to fulfil the promised to-dos.

• a student who is very good at organising himself. We work 100% remotely. You should be able to organise yourself well from home so that you can complete your tasks in the given time.

• 
  Researching sustainability-related information about our potential customers and enriching lead datasets in our CRM
• Researching and analysing new leads via our lead data sources
• Support in setting up and optimising our marketing and sales funnels
• Help us to find and test new tools and processes
  We love continuous optimisation and are always striving to get better at what we do.
