What’s the role?
As a Data Analyst, you will take a very active role in shaping the Knowunity product. You will be responsible for managing new feature experiments and running deep-dive user behavior analysis. You will be constantly optimizing towards Knowunity’s North Star metrics, while also putting your stamp on developing data culture company wide, enabling data-driven decision making, and working on development of our data platform and tools.
What would you be doing?
- Work closely with cross-functional product teams on the development of new features, helping them identify new opportunities and validate hypotheses through experimentation.
- Executing expansive research projects related to user behavior, feature optimization, and business procedures.
- Continuously working on the development of data platforms and data tools.
- Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting, operational metrics, and data sources
What should you bring to the table?
- Fantastic analytical mind, eye for detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of B2C and app-first business models
- Mastery of SQL, with an understanding of modern data architectures and tools
- Substantial experience with A/B testing
- Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines
- Experience managing bigger projects that included stakeholders with various backgrounds
- Persistent and proactive, with a solid performance track record
- A natural hustler with a contagious “can-do” attitude
- A great communicator and truly a team player
- You enjoy coming up with new ideas and can easily explain your rationale in a business sense (experience in making business cases)
