As a Product Manager for Private Labels, your mission is to continuously elevate and enhance KPIs for our private label products. This role presents an exciting and dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to control and coordinate purchasing, production planning, and sales planning for our private label offerings. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with our network of producers during each production season, ensuring seamless execution of production orders. You will serve as the pivotal point of contact for our producers, fostering a seamless partnership between design, logistics, and our platform team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct purchasing control, needs analysis, KPI analysis, and derive actionable measures.
• Manage budget planning and controlling, campaign management, and sales planning.
• Cultivate strong relationships with our suppliers, and continually expand and maintain our supplier base.
• Negotiate prices and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor delivery dates, review and release shipping documents.
• Oversee order activities, including selection, disposition, and negotiation.
• Prepare comprehensive orders, including all relevant pre-capture information and full container load calculations.
• Administer invoice control and release.
• Conduct sample inspections and facilitate sample releases.
• Drive product research and development while liaising with suppliers for inquiries.

Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, textile, or apparel management, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in production planning and control.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Great knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on Excel. Familiarity with Tableau will be regarded as an advantage.
