YOUR MISSION

• You will be the main CS Manager for our French customers and assist them with their questions and concerns.
• As member of our International team you will also work closely with our other CS Managers and help build yfood into an international brand.
• As part of the Operations department, you will work closely with other teams to ensure that our customers always receive the most up-to-date information.
• You will help refine our processes and provide data-driven recommendations for the further expansion of our international markets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• You have successfully completed commercial training, studies or similar qualification
• Previous professional experience in direct customer contact is an advantage
• Native-level written and spoken French skills, and excellent English
• Ideal but not necessary: 3rd language (Polish, German)
• Ideal but not necessary: Basic knowledge of ecommerce/yfood
• Ideal but not necessary: First-hand experience with customer support tools (Zendesk or similar)
