Amazon is seeking a Site Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering (EU PE) team at our Oelde location! This is a fantastic opportunity to drive process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement across our EU Customer Fulfilment Network.

As Site Process Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our fulfillment processes, working closely with the FC Senior Leadership Team to deploy initiatives, build relationships, and ensure compliance. You'll play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities and driving tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify top opportunities in the FC using Back to Basics (B2B) initiatives.
Dive deep into process performance through data analysis and feedback collection.
Drive network best practice implementation and capture FC innovation.
Own the deployment of EU network initiatives and support the FC on EU projects.
Partner with FC Ops through Gemba walks and LSC meetings.

Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited institution
C1 level proficiency in English and German
Experience in Operations as Area Manager or comparable
High proficiency of technical knowledge of at least one Fulfillment process path (Quriosity silver/gold certification)
Strong professional experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
Relevant knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent communication skills and detail orientation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to motivate a team
