For our location in Ladenburg (soon moving to Mannheim/Germany), we are looking for a committed and independent order handling employee (m/f/d) for the internal commercial office for Motion Services. You hold a successfully completed commercial training and you are experienced in the field of Offering and Order Handling? Then apply and become part of our team.

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility of quotation preparation, offering and order handling (OMS/SAP) in the plants of Motion Services
• Clarification of customer inquiries and recording of orders for a specific group of customers in coordination with the field service
• Customer support before and after order booking, especially in case of complaints (e.g. delivery date complaints, order changes, cancellations, questions regarding deliveries, invoices, etc.)
• Taking over the responsibility of project-related task
• Communication with the supplying plants
• Clarification of delivery dates in case of changes or delays and trouble shooting
• Invoice creation incl. credit notes and regular tracking of payment transactions and deliveries
• Support and maintenance of master data

Your background

• Successfully completed commercial education
• Relevant professional experience
• Experience in SAP processing is a must
• Ability to work independently and with a cross-function team
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
• Fluency in German and basic knowledge in English
