YOUR JOB

• You are in charge of your own house as General Manager (m/f/x)
• You are responsible for the operational implementation of the corporate strategy/ corporate goals in all houses in the region
• You ensure compliance with processes and standards and thus guarantee quality assurance
• You act as supervisor to the General Managers (m/f/x) and are their contact person and mentor
• You lead and mentor staff
• You are both a motivator and an inspiration for the employees
• You take over the communication between General Managers and the COO/ Assistant to COO

YOUR PROFILE

• You have already gained several years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry - first leadership experience is desirable
• The idea of service is at the forefront of your mind
• You are highly motivated and together with us, you want to add to the success story of a&o
• You are team-oriented, flexible and exceptionally committed to your work
• Your communication skills make it easy for you to inspire and motivate your team
• You feel comfortable in a leadership role and are keen to push the teams of the different hostels under your care forward with your creativity, empathy and drive
• You are not afraid of change and you are driven by the desire for innovation and continuous improvement
• You have an inquisitive nature and a willingness to keep on growing
• You speak very good German and English - any other language is appreciated of course
• You are willing to travel as you will be visiting the different hostels in your responsibility
