The Operations Finance Controller for Cytiva is responsible for any Finance related topics of the plant including Finance, Tax and Controlling and embedded in the expert Controllership team across Europe..

This position is part of the Global Finance Organization of Cytiva located in Dassel and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Oversight over financial closing and Reporting (US GAAP & Statutory)
• Preparation of statutory financial statements
• Main points person for internal, financial and tax auditors
• Responsible for SOX/ local financial controls
• Analysis and reporting of production related KPIs
• Working closely with the Cytiva Process teams
• Collaboration with Global Tax team to ensure accurate and timely CIT & VAT filings
• Communication, monitoring and administering of relevant policies and procedures.

Who you are:

• Accounting/ Finance degree (eg Master, MBA) and 5 - 7 year experience in Financial Reporting and Controlling of a manufacturing entity
• Strong analytical skills/ability to read, analyse, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.

• Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and financial software (Onestream, Oracle)
• Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines
• Advanced communication skills to effectively communicate with management, public groups, peers and staff

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in working in a global US environment.

• Collaboration with Shared Service Centers
