EULA1 is responsible for serving clients in the UK, Ireland, the Nordics and the Netherlands, all unique and competitive (re-)insurance markets. We serve a diverse portfolio of clients with individual and complex reinsurance programs. EULA1.4 is an open, diverse and international underwriting team based in Munich looking for a team assistant to actively support us in our exciting tasks. You can expect plenty of scope for self-initiative, independent work, design and learning. You will report to the head of the Property department.

Your Job

• 
  Active support and guidance of underwriting managers regarding time management
• Planning, organizing and coordinating workshops and events
• Professionally preparing for client visits as well as for business trips
• Designing and carrying out administrative tasks and processes supporting the managers and colleagues including travel booking and accounting of travel expenses
• Independently drafting and reviewing internal and external correspondence in English
• Supporting and developing the use of modern presentation and communication media
• Administration and regular update of EULA1 internal SharePoints including our “divisional home” and Records Management
• Close cooperation with EULA1’s team of assistants

Your Profile

• 
  Successfully completed training, e.g. as an office communications clerk or foreign language correspondent and experience in assistant functions
• Experienced with all common Office 365 applications, communication and administration systems
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Very independent, reliable and precise way of working
• High level of commitment and initiative, combined with a willingness to take on responsibility
• Strong team spirit, organizational skills and service orientation
• Confident and courteous manner when in contact with internal and external customers as well as business partners
