Our function includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Culture, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Internal Communications to support our ambition.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Assistant who will support the Technology & Product Teams (20 people):

• Booking, coordinating and preparing agendas for meetings and workshops.
• Organising events and travels for the team (in Europe).
• Being in charge of the Onboarding process for new hires.
• Making sure the day-to-day operations of the team are running smoothly.
• Acting as the first point of contact for the team.
• Continually looking for opportunities to develop and improve systems and procedures to maximise team efficiencies.
• Maintain an efficient flow of information between the executive assistant team.

AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with multiple stakeholders and senior management.
• Experimental mindset in learning new collaboration tools (i.e., Miro, Slack).
• Exemplary attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Full professional English proficiency (writing and speaking). Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
