We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Business Analyst (m/f/d) to become part of one of our Supply Tech Unit at ABOUT YOU!

Our Supply Tech Unit is responsible for discovering and creating technical solutions for integrating our supply from beginning to end. With a keen understanding of our supply business and extensive knowledge of the system landscape that runs our ABOUT YOU shops in over 20 countries, they seamlessly integrate merchants who sell at ABOUT YOU across a wide range of business models.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work closely with internal business stakeholders and owners to gather and document their requirements related to IT processes.
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of current business processes to identify inefficiencies or gaps in requirements or existing procedures. Recommend enhancements to streamline future processes.
• Develop a comprehensive and cohesive project concept, including the project’s scope, objectives, and deliverables to guide tech teams in the software development process.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between business requirements and technology solutions to ensure that software development remains in sync with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks during regular meetings.
• Monitor project progress to track status and ensure timely completion.

WHO YOU ARE

• Completed studies in computer science, information systems or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the e-commerce environment
• First experience in process analysis and devising technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and tech teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, along with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and a creative approach when working on tasks and processes

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

**Working model:

Due to the upcoming tasks and responsibilities for this position, it is required to work onsite at our headquarters in Hamburg on a weekly basis. Therefore we’ve implemented a hybrid working model that allows us to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.
