Are you looking to gain practical industry experience and apply the theoretical knowledge you've acquired during your academic studies? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Intern (f/m/x) to assist in incoming quality inspection and other essential quality activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop critical skills in quality management, data analysis, and problem-solving within a supportive and dynamic environment. What will you be responsible for?
- Inspect incoming materials for quality standards.
- Collect and analyze quality control data.
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain data entry and reporting for product conformance.
- Report supplier non-conformance issues and manage non-conformance materials.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend training sessions.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation.
What do you need to bring into the company?
- Pursue a degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or relevant field with focus on quality control.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the internship and lift 30 kg parts.
- Familiarity with quality control concepts and measuring instruments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of GD&T is a plus.
