The Role:

• You will build a deep knowledge of their products and applications
• As well as our their private cloud platforms to identify dependencies
• Managing customer success by leading projects for the implementation of large platforms
• Be the main point of contact for existing customer platforms
• As 3rd level support you solve complex, technical challenges – both in ticket form and in customer calls together with our sales department and account management
• Continuous development: You manage and continuously improve our infrastructure in private and public clouds + application deployment.
• You will occasionally support the team with on-call duty, which will be compensated extra
• Reporting to the Engineering Manager

You Need:

• Native or C1 German, fluent English
• 2+ years experience within a technical support role
• Experience handling 3rd level support issues
• Ideally worked in a SaaS environment
