In this pivotal role, you will strategically oversee and manage the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for GEA’s ERP roll-out. This initiative spans an international company comprising over 18,000 employees and more than 210 legal entities worldwide. Over the next five years, GEA will consolidate its global processes and ERP landscape in collaboration with SAP, the market leader in Enterprise Resource Planning. This ambitious undertaking demands clear, consistent, and highly engaging training solutions for all global roll-out entities.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant training materials.
- Lead and mentor the Training Team, including external specialists, providing essential guidance and support.
- Actively cultivate a robust organizational culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse departments to ensure training programs are fully integrated and align seamlessly with overall business objectives.
- Proactively monitor the progress of training development and implementation, delivering regular, transparent status updates to key stakeholders.
- Represent training topics in critical meetings and strategic planning activities.
Your Profile
- A successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable relevant field.
- Proven experience in training program delivery within an SAP transformation program.
- Extensive project management experience combined with deep expertise in training and learning within an SAP environment. Prior experience with SAP Enable NOW and Workday is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern digital training and learning formats.
- Strong didactic abilities, exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, robust implementation capabilities, and outstanding communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Change Management, Agile Methodologies, and Design Thinking.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
