Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fluently in both German and English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles
• Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
• Ability to make informed technical decisions and recommendations based on business requirements and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer experiences

Nice to have:

• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce solutions
• Experience working with Pharma and/or CPG industries
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations on Salesforce solutions and best practices
• Be prepared to work onsite in the customer's office 2-3 days a week, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce capabilities and solutions to clients
• Design and implement improvements in Salesforce solutions in collaboration with the development team
• Be a part of implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, development, and integration
• Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices
• Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients
