Intern or Working Student Business Development (m/f/d)
Location: Neuss
As an Intern or Working Student at Yanfeng within the area of Yanfeng Technology, you will get the opportunity to gain relevant practical experience and in depth insights into the Automotive business across several product lines. We as Yanfeng Technology are globally responsible for Innovation and the identification of new Business areas for our global organization.

Tasks:
- Support the implementation of an employee survey pilot including the evaluation of results
- Support the roll out of cultural and organizational changes
- Support the implementation of a corporate sustainability strategy and projects
- Support the team in charge of the group wide Innovation Sales
- Enrolled Student of Bachelor or Master studies in Economics, Innovation Management or similar
- Affine with Business Development-, Marketing- as well as Cultural aspects
- Strong skills in usage of MS applications (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point)
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- We expect: high level of initiative, strong communication skills, team spirit
- can-do-attitude and passion about working in a dynamic, international environment
