- Participation in product industrialization after handover from product development
- Support with operational issues from (pre-)series production and field performance (availability,...)
- Preparation of costing measures
- Creation of project plans to manage the cross-functional team in accordance with the project scope
- Supporting active project management
- Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle
- Manage the project budget, risks and issues and take corrective actions
- Coordinate projects and their dependencies and utilize and manage resources across projects
- Managing project product changes together with the Product Change Manager
- Preparing information and results for (top) management
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Basic project management knowledge
- Good knowledge of English and German
- Awareness of interrelationships within an organization
- Cross-functional communication and leadership skills
- Holistic thinking within the organization
- Ability to communicate with senior management
- Willingness to deal with conflicts based on facts and figures
- Possibility to work up to 60% mobile
