Junior Project Lead (m/f/d) - Industrialization

Your tasks:

• Participation in product industrialization after handover from product development
• Support with operational issues from (pre-)series production and field performance (availability,...)
• Preparation of costing measures
• Creation of project plans to manage the cross-functional team in accordance with the project scope
• Supporting active project management
  • Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle
  • Manage the project budget, risks and issues and take corrective actions
  • Coordinate projects and their dependencies and utilize and manage resources across projects
  • Managing project product changes together with the Product Change Manager
• Preparing information and results for (top) management

Your qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Basic project management knowledge
• Good knowledge of English and German
• Awareness of interrelationships within an organization
• Cross-functional communication and leadership skills
• Holistic thinking within the organization
• Ability to communicate with senior management
• Willingness to deal with conflicts based on facts and figures
