We are looking for an Coordinator (f/m/d) Learning & Development to join our HR team in our corporate headquarter in Berlin. You are highly committed, pro-active and keen to become part of the world’s fastest growing music company, BMG.

Your Tasks

• Coordinate and communicate BMG’s global learning, development, and assessment initiatives for the right target group and diverse stake holders
• Upgrade and update our central L&D platform BMG Campus in our CMS
• Become the expert in our Learning Management System and support our employees in all LMS-related matters
• Collaborate with Bertelsmann University to drive and manage up- and reskilling initiatives in Tech & Data related fields
• Develop and execute DEI learning programs in cooperation with global head of DEI and CSR
• Pull regular reports and analyze our learning activities and participation to improve our offerings
• Contribute to diverse HR projects (such as onboarding, exit interviews etc.) with your own ideas and input

Your Skillset

• You have excellent interpersonal and communication and writing skills in English
• You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
• You feel confident about working with MS Excel and have first experience with basic image/visual media editing
• First experiences with CMS (content management system) or LMS (learning management system) are desirable, but not a must

• You are passionate about learning & development and widely interested in various topics from AI/data science to DEI to leadership
• A love for structure and coordination, while at the same time maintaining the resilience to deal with spontaneity/urgency characterizes you
• You are a reliable and professional individual with a proactive can-do attitude and an eye for design and aesthetics
