Your area of responsibility

• As experienced waiting staff, you’ll manage your own service station in one of our à la carte or buffet restaurants. You’ll always be looking after and giving our guests professional and expert advice. From welcoming guests, to giving food recommendations and advice on wine, right through to the bill – the well-being of our guests is in your hands from start to finish.

• As a beginner, you’ll primarily support our station waiting staff, make sure everything is orderly and help with banquet events. Ready for your own station? We’ll recognise your strengths and are happy to give you more responsibility.

• As someone with organisational talent, you’ll take care of all drink orders at our drinks counter. You’ll prepare everything for our guests from cola, beer and juice to coffee. You might also send a long drink or aperitif or two over the counter.

• Happy hour: as a trained bartender, you’ll rock your mixes at one of our six hotel bars and impress guests with your cocktails. You’ll give guests personal advice when it comes to our range of over 500 different spirits.

• Do you feel most comfortable among cocktails, long drinks and speciality coffees? Confident moving from ‘hipster drink’ to professional whiskey advice? Then you’re just the person we’re looking for to work as service staff in our cafés or bars.

• As a breakfast queen or king, you’ll help with setting up and organising our breakfast buffets and stocking up and replenishing our breakfast location. You’ll take care of guests’ well-being and make the start of the day an unforgettable experience.

Your profile

• Depending on the position, you will have completed an apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist or, for example, further training as a bartender. In addition to vocational training, experience is crucial for us. We also have the right job for motivated career changers who want to dedicate their passion to gastronomy.
• You speak fluent German and ideally another foreign language such as English or French.
• Thanks to your open personality, teamwork and friendly interaction with your colleagues are natural for you.
