YOUR MISSION

• Strategic Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive product strategies that are aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends within the wellness industry
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Product Development, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of product initiatives across all departments
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, as well as gaps and opportunties in the product ecosystem. Utilize insights to inform product development decisions and market positioning strategies
• Product Roadmapping: Collaborate with Product Development teams to create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, outlining feature prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation
• Innovation & Ideation: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging creative thinking and idea generation. Champion new product concepts and initiatives that have the potential to drive market differentiation and customer value
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners. Effectively communicate product strategies, progress updates, and business insights to ensure alignment and buy-in across all levels
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with product strategies and develop proactive mitigation plans. Anticipate market shifts, regulatory changes, and other external factors that may impact product performance or business operations
• Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to a team of product managers and strategists. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior product management or product strategy role within the wellness industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Strategic thinker with a forward-thinking mindset and a passion for innovation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
