Your tasks

• Cloning of constructs with signal peptides.
• Heterologous production and purification of membrane proteins in E. coli.
• Genetic code expansion and click-chemistry.
• Fluorescence microscopy.
• Presentation of results in group meetings.

Your profile

• Studies in biochemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, or related fields.
• Previous lab experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Proficiency in English.
