YOUR FUTURE ROLE

In this role you will be working in a cross-functional team who strives to embody customer focus, collaboration, and trust. We are looking for people who share our passion for creating products that people love to use. • Manage the overall SAP Signavio tech touch customer relationship in alignment with internal stakeholders
• Accountable for customer’s overall success with a strong focus on administrative topics such as working on contract and billing requests, account updates, and renewals

• Assist with improving internal processes and customer facing outreaches
• Share insights about customer use cases and issues with SAP Signavio leadership
• Assist with content / best practices creation for tech touch customer segment
• Creative writing of blog posts in the online customer community

YOUR PROFILE

• Prior experience in Customer Service or in a customer facing role that includes mass communication
• Ability to collaborate, build strong relationships internally and support communication campaigns
• Ability to proactively engage across functions (Sales, Services, Marketing, Product Management & others)

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Passion for customers and their success
• Experience in email marketing and content creation (optional)
• Experience in business process management / business process consulting (optional)
• Business fluent in German and English
