Your tasks:

• Organise and execute all internal and external Centre events, including managing the event calendar and coordinating with relevant units at the Hertie School and service providers.
• Communicate with collaborators and speakers.
• Oversee the publication of event details on relevant platforms
• Manage event invitations and registrations.
• Provide administrative support for visiting researchers and fellows at the Centres.
• Handle general administration at the Centres, including overseeing invoice processing and managing the internal contact database.
• Maintain and update the Centres’ webpages.

Your profile:

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of professional experience relevant to this position.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of website management tools (e.g.Typo3), event management tools (e.g. Zkipster), and graphic design software for promotional materials (e.g. Canva).
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Very good written and spoken English.
