The position holder will be supporting the test aircraft production in Oberpfaffenhofen, as well as industrialization for the final assembly line in Leipzig with the following key tasks:

• Assessment, verification and release of the design w.r.t. manufacturability
• Production / assembly layout planning, line balancing and continuous improvements
• Generate & release Job Cards and bill of materials (BOM) for assembly
• 1st level technical support to production / assembly deviations and for troubleshooting, processing of non-conformities and concession, creation of manufacturing / rework instructions

=>The place of work will be Oberpfaffenhofen until launch of the production in Leipzig. From start of the production in Leipzig, the work place will be in Leipzig.

• Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• > 2 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• strong relations with aerospace and technologies
• strong analytical skills and root cause focus
• very good communication skills in English and German is a plus
• teamwork oriented
• ability to work focused and goal-oriented
• good ERP (SAP) / PLM (3DX) knowledge
• commitment to quality and safety requirements
