MAN's Electric/Electronic Systems HV-Distribution & Charging department aims to use the most reliable high-voltage charging systems - state-of-the-art and innovative in their effect and function - in all MAN vehicle lines and TRATON brands in a market-shaping manner and with a high level of customer orientation. We develop everything from the entire charging system, through innovative component development for onboard and offboard, to intelligent software and charging functions in our department.

#You develop high-voltage chargers (OBC) for worldwide use in commercial vehicles

• You define requirements for the interfaces of power electronics with respect to the various power grids around the world
• You are responsible for the design, analysis, and evaluation of power electronic circuit topologies for converting AC alternating current into DC direct current in the vehicle
• You define requirements for components from the vehicle application within the TRATON GROUP
• You create technical specifications for the procurement of power electronics
• You are responsible for the design and analysis of safety-critical components in power electronics, following ISO26262 standards

Your qualifications

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Information Technology, or Electrical Drive Technology
• You have several years of experience in the development of power electronics, particularly chargers
• You have practical experience in the automotive industry and in designing power electronic circuit topologies
• Additionally, you are experienced in specifying safety-critical component development
• You have knowledge in the field of vehicle technology / electrical drive technology
• Your communication and teamwork skills, along with your strong analytical abilities, set you apart
