Your Job

• Providing support in implementing business-wide strategies globally and coordinating projects to ensure alignment between the central project teams and transportation management representatives from all ALDI countries
• Supporting the global supply chain teams during the business-wide digital transformation and within Steady State
• Acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) within the central Transportation Management team to promote a collaborative way of working with other departments, country representatives and working groups
• Assisting with the development of globally aligned documentation and implementation of organisational structures
• Assisting with personnel topics such as recruitment on behalf of the Transportation Management team

Your Profile

• Professional experience or educational background in the area of Supply Chain or Logistics required
• Ability to adjust quickly to fast-paced project environments and the ability to coordinate stakeholders from different parts of the business to achieve project goals
• Ability to demonstrate structured, analytical and independent ways of working
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English
