Your role
This position is not for Sunday Natural but for Yoshi en, the sister company of Sunday Natural. As a brand that has grown steadily over time, Yoshi en is led with passionate vision by Jörg Schweikart and is considered a financially independent DTC eCommerce start-up.
As
Lead Influencer Marketing, seize the unique opportunity to build the entire influencer and partnership management for our brand Yoshi en from the ground up. Your task will significantly contribute to establishing and strengthening our brand's presence and reputation in the tea industry. You will develop our brand image using our brand values and understanding in terms of quality, innovation, and authenticity. You will be successful in this role if you have a passion for tea and the associated tea culture, are an open and sociable person who enjoys networking, and want to contribute your skills and creative ideas to grow together with the brand.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns for DACH
- Brainstorming of new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders to enhance our network
- Optimize end-to-end influencer onboarding processes and tools, including data tracking, measurement, scalability, and efficient ways of working
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users to inform campaign strategies
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers, attending relevant events for networking and business purposes

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
