With a rich history spanning 75 years, we are a leading coffee retailer in Germany, Austria, and other markets. Now, we're looking to expand our footprint by strategically growing our existing Eastern European markets and forging new partnerships worldwide. We are seeking an International Business Development Manager to join our Coffee Preparation Systems department. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, driving market development, identifying key customers, and supporting the introduction of new products to the market.

Your tasks: You make a difference with us.

• Drive market development by conducting comprehensive analysis and capitalizing on growth potential in both existing and new markets.
• Identify key customers and support market introduction studies for new products.
• Analyze various market data to identify future trends, profit opportunities, and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient distribution and promotional strategies to enhance value and drive growth.
• Implement active category management to optimize assortment balance, pricing, product positioning, and campaign planning.
• Forge strategic partnerships with market participants and sales partners in potential target markets.
• Translate market needs into specific products and applications, working closely with the product development team.
• Collaborate closely with national and international marketing and sales teams within a cross-functional framework.

• A completed Master's degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business development or sales, preferably within the international food retail sector or in FMCG companies.
• Proven experience in managing multiple project themes.
• An organized and precise approach to work, complemented by strong conceptual thinking and a solution-oriented mindset for complex problem-solving.
• Strong orientation towards achieving results and goals, with a pragmatic approach to tackling challenges.
• A passion for international markets and cultures, along with creativity, enthusiasm, and a keen sense for market trends and opportunities.
• You combine this with strong analytical and strategic skills, for example in trend and market analysis or in the development of business cases.
• Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
