You will be working closely with various E+H internal production and sales centers across the globe in order to improve our CRM system. Are you interested to learn more? Roles + Responsibilities:

• You will support our Production and Sales Centers around the globe in the usage of our CRM system (Salesforce.com)
• You will be responsible for developing further the CRM system based on an ongoing exchange with the users. Therefore, understanding Salesforce feature releases and how to utilize them for E+H continuous improvement is necessary
• You will implement significant KPIs to support our internal sales organization in increasing productivity and ensuring sustainable growth
• You need to understand the business needs and ensure that the requirements are implemented successfully in the CRM System
• You are responsible for identifying gaps in knowledge and application usage and closing those gaps with professional training activities

Qualification + Profile:

• You have a degree in a technical or business area (e.g. Business informatics, informatics, economics) or comparable qualification
• You possess several years of experience with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce.com) and its configuration, as well as a good understanding of marketing and sales processes and their mapping in the system
• Any professional experience in sales or in a position with sales and customer relevance would be a plus
• You are willing to travel internationally (up to 20%)
• You are flexible, have a convincing personality with a strong customer orientation
• You like to work in an intercultural environment
• You speak good English. Any additional foreign language will be an advantage
