We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (f/m/d) to join our Siemens Xcelerator Commercial Governance team in Erlangen. As a Working Student, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team through administrative, analytical, and organizational tasks, gaining valuable insights into contract analysis, stakeholder communication, and business operations. This opportunity provides hands-on experience within a dynamic corporate environment.

You’ll create impact by

• Conducting research on legal and business-related topics.
• Analyzing contracts and legal documents to extract relevant information and summarize findings.
• Supporting the preparation of content for Commercial Enablement Sessions for Marketplace Sellers.
• Supporting the updating of internal and external Seller Guides.
• Maintaining and structuring Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Participating in meetings, taking detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and distributing key takeaways.

Your defining qualities

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach to work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
• Interest in legal and commercial topics and marketplaces is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken) are required.
