Director* MS&T

As Director* MS&T you will drive strategic MS&T topics and be making a meaningful contribution to the ongoing development within our MS&T team. In this role, you will establish a strong team of supporting functions, enabling to deal with a diverse portfolio.

Your main responsibilities are:

Lead and develop different functions of the global MS&T team
Drive roll-out of the global MS&T strategic agenda
Drive collaboration and alignment between global organization and the production sites
Establish robust processes to manage and monitor the portfolio of activities
Establish best practices and standards

What you have to offer:

University degree in (Life) Science, Engineering or a medical field
At least 8 years experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical company
Experience in either Line-management or matrixed team leadership. Ability to lead a diverse team and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-drive, creative and the ability to develop a flexible approach to changing conditions
High team spirit, strong decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills, can-do it attitude
