As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and IT stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your expertise in both business and technical skills will be instrumental in directing the ongoing strategy for introducing or upgrading EPM Planning solutions, delivering client-focused solutions tailored to their unique business processes.

This role can be based in multiple cities across Germany, including Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and others!

In this role, you will enjoy the following opportunities:
Ownership of the full project lifecycle, taking charge of end-to-end project management and implementation.

Conducting business analysis to understand client requirements.

Developing models and reports for various business functions.

Application build and development, including data integration scope.

Providing client/user training and administrative support for TM1 applications during go-live.

Managing stakeholder engagement and providing guidance to clients throughout project assignments.

Actively contributing to technological advancements within the EPM and Analytics space, including the development of new products.

Mentoring and training junior consultants and developers.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Strong development and modeling background using Cognos TM1/PA Software, with at least 3 years of development and consultancy experience.

Proficiency in Advanced TM1 Rules, Feeders, and Turbo Integrator.

Ideally, experience with PAX and PAW.

Confidence in building applications from scratch.

Knowledge of ETL tools and DWH.

Strong SQL and VBA skills are desirable.

Sound functional knowledge across various business planning domains, such as FP&A, Supply Chain, Production, HR, and Sales.

Ability to participate effectively in implementation projects, collaborating with key stakeholders.

Experience with Cognos Analytics or similar BI tools is advantageous.

Additional skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, Python, and SPSS are beneficial.

Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills to deliver the right technical solutions to stakeholders of all skill levels.
