We are looking for a new Marketing and Communications intern to join our dynamic, international Oerlikon Digital Hub team, in Garching, Munich. This internship will be focused on internal and external communications activities.

Starting date: November 2023 or later

Duration: 6 months

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of internal and external communication campaigns (especially online)
• Develop new website content such as articles or interviews as well as social media postings
• Take care of photo shootings, photo editing and creating other visual assets
• Support internal events (workshops, tours, team events) and external events (fairs, conferences)
• Support in the creation of distribution lists, KPI metrics and briefing documents
• Administrative support of the team and project work

Your Profile

• Studies of Communication, Marketing or Media Management
• Fluent spoken and written in English, German and other languages are a plus
• MS Office Pro, Experience with tools of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Ability to communicate well with internal customers
• Strong team player
