Work hard, have fun, make history. That's the Amazon motto. The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team in EMEA manages a vast corporate office portfolio – approximately 10 million rentable square feet (RSF) across 43 countries, 86 cities, and 139 buildings. GREF EMEA is evolving from nine areas into five geographical "Geos," mirroring Amazon's key business units like AWS and Stores.
Amazon's GREF team needs a Geo Office Strategist to align real estate strategy with business needs and maintain a customer-centric approach. Partner with Amazon teams (PP, PR, TRAD) and internal GREF teams (Global Business Partnering, Space and Occupancy planning, Design and Construction) to implement workplace design and strategic needs for GEO 3: Europe Central & East (12 countries, 31 cities, 42 buildings, 2.6 RSF). This position requires the candidate to be based within this specific geo, facilitating direct and efficient support for GREF's operations in the region.

This position is office-based; however, Amazon encourages open communication about unique needs for flexible arrangements.
