Your responsibilities Deliver Front Office performance and operational excellence in the field of quantitative algorithmic trading & continuous power asset portfolio re-optimization Operate as a team member of the Continuous Quantitative Trading desk with 24/7 operations Maintain responsibilities for the daily delivery of a solid and compliant commercial performance across Uniper European markets: Continuous Intraday trading, both asset-backed and proprietary aFRR and mFRR energy bidding out of the Uniper asset portfolio in Europe Leading role in Renewables Short-term exposure management Ensure smooth operational coordination with the other Short-term trading desks and European Dispatching centers Project role in developing and continuously improving the Power physical quantitative trading at Uniper Shift role Report to the Continuous Quantitative Trading desk manager Your profile Qualifications Experience in trading functions, especially around Intraday asset-backed or prop physical trading Experience of Algorithmic trading and Renewables, flexible asset optimization Understanding of short-term market channels Understanding of Compliance and Regulatory rules Competencies Strong commercial orientation Excellent analytical skills True team player Driven by challenge and passion to deliver value and results in changing environment High accurate and detail-oriented Algorithmic Programming experience, especially in Python would be a plus Language skills Fluent in written and spoken English Speaking German, Swedish or Dutch is a plus Your benefits At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
