YOUR TASKS
You are reporting to the VP P&C Division Europe & Mobility and Global Service embedded in a Team of P&C Managers, Specialists and Coordinators providing expertise and guidance to the business, local P&C and employees. P&C responsibility for new international subsidiaries (currently Austria & Serbia):
- Life cycle Management Employees
- Advise Management regarding employment issues and disciplinary actions
- Prepare & conduct yearly corporate P&C processes such as development conferences, Salary Increases, Bonus payouts
- Implement local programs, policies and procedures for the countries of your responsibility as well as providing advice, assistance and follow-up on group and company policies, procedures and documentation
- Ensure P&C compliance with local laws & company standards
Division Europe/ Global Service process & project support:
- Being the Business Partner for a defined Area within the Global Service and support the department head related to Global Service
- Support Implementation of global programs, policies and procedures as well as providing advice, assistance and follow-up on group and company policies, procedures and documentation and/or develop, administrate and modify programs for DEU and Global Service in alignment with People & Culture Global Standards
- Interface and contact with P&C colleagues in the countries on all P&C related issues, ensuring consistent support and communication and liaison between the countries and headquarters
New market entries:
- Participate in Market review calls and do initial risk assessment
- P&C Country set-ups in case of the establishment of a new subsidiary in the Division Europe which includes the set-up of recruiting, labor law and employment as well as payroll
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in psychology, law, economics or similar
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment
- A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Intercultural competence as well as very good knowledge of English in spoken and written form
- high level of communication skills and customer orientation as well as a sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of common office applications
- Experience with SAP Success Factors is a benefit
