Delivery Specialist - Expense (m/f/d)

for our location in Frankfurt am Main or Hannover

The Delivery Expense team is responsible for the delivery of expert services for the direct corporate customers and the execution of implementation projects for the cytric Expense product. As a part of implementation project team, you will participate in the definition and planning phases, and then execute, monitor and control the implementation throughout all stages.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Implement cytric Expense for customers through a structured implementation plan
• Analyze customer systems and service requirements as well as product needs and define the delivery scope in close coordination with the customer
• Apply a predefined project management methodology throughout the product implementation process
• Identify and mitigate key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction
• Advice on business impact, on business performance and efficiency of implemented actions
• Work closely with Key Account, Sales and Customer Relations when needed, e.g. for reporting on customer issues and delivery progress

Your profile:

• Apprenticeship as travel agent, tax accountant or comparable, alternatively academic degree in Tourism or Business Administration
• Knowledge/Experience in accounting (HR systems; travel expense accounting software or travel expense law)
• Experience in Customer Service or other relevant experience with strong technical affinity
• Experience working with Online Booking Engines, cytric would be a plus
• Like to challenge yourself and enjoy improving processes to help us in achieving our ambitious targets
• Structured and self-reliant, but you also enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication and proactive appearance in customer contact
• Customer-oriented thinking and effective problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and German
