What are we looking for?

As Service Manager you are accountable for the balance between cost and quality of Lineas Lines and Customer Solutions within your geographical area. You will be doing this through Order Intake, issuing the rolling Master Planning and purchase of internal and external services. The goal is to ensure customer promise and a cost efficient End-to-End optimization in a highly volatile environment. You are part of the Service Management team. In this role you actively contribute to the development and implementation of the vision and strategy of Lineas and make sure that, together, new standards and digital increments are being implemented. You are the local representative/interface of Lineas for our customers and partners. You are striving towards operational excellence.

What are the main activities?

• Customer Relationship Management strategy of Lineas
• Aligning and confirming end-to-end planning with partners (Terminals/Railway undertakings) and infrastructure managers (RFI). Proactively providing information of events/infra works and suggest solutions.
• Supplier Relationship Management strategy of Lineas
• Key KPI’s (of the assigned customers/lines/suppliers)

Who are you?

• Master degree in commercial engineering, transportation, logisitcs or supply chain or equivalent through experience
• Prior experience in working in an international company/abroad of an advantage
• Prior experience in working in logistics company of an advantage
• Knowledge of Change and Program management
• Interest to delve into the processes and tools is a must.
• fluent German and English language in speaking and writing
• any other European language is for an advantage
