Job description:

• Define project goals (financial, scheduling and quality goals), track the project progress, control project budget and project resources and report the project status
• Setup an initial project plan in accordance with the BU's valid processes (phases, deliverables, milestones/ Q-Gates, etc.) and keep it up to date
• Establish adequate project organization (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving)
• Plan development, synchronize and track Building Block / Mechanical Design Element application product integration, qualification, and technical tasks within the project.
• Support D2 and D3 Projects by choosing the right Reusable Elements
• Perform risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk measures
• Actively manage stakeholder expectations, inform and involve stakeholders on a regular basis and in an appropriate manner

Job Requirements:

• Academic Degree in Electronics / Mechanics or similar qualification
• Long-term Project Management experience and with that in-depth knowledge in project procedures, planning, controlling and reporting, ideally within the Automotive industry
• Several years of experience in Financial Issues Management
• Profound technical understanding, ideally in the area of Power Electronics
• Fluent English language skills; German language skills beneficial
• Strong analytical skills and an engineering, open and curious mindset
• Ability to work in a team and to collaborate with different interfaces
