We are looking for a Business Development Associate keen to support us in our mission to revolutionize the food industry for the better. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, hands-on, and highly driven young professional determined to make an impact.

Those will be your responsibilities:

Growth

• Assist the Business Development team across strategic initiatives – involvement in strategy development, designing and delivering key materials whether for sales, marketing, new business deep dives
• Support management with market analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Support strategic and operational project management with the possibility of fully owning certain workstreams
• Drive and support implementing impactful initiatives end-to-end

Sales

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring regular contact to drive momentum
• Work cross functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to successfully execute on partner acquisition strategy
• Maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners and communication records.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or an equivalent field with working experience in a business role.
• Business acumen, eagerness to hit the ground running and learn on the spot: Pro-activeness and self-responsibility are absolutely essential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving attitude and outstanding analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus but not required.
