acting as an internal focal point towards technology

collaboration from early phases of product roadmap definition to ensure partner's inputs are considered at early stage of development

ensuring inputs for business cases are provided in time

making solid & transparent data available for stakeholders, considering CAPEX & OPEX factors, material & operational inputs

introducing standardization & modularization of systems and pre-assembly proposals from suppliers / partners into SGRE portfolio
