We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our Global People and Culture Team. As a key partner to our business leaders, you will play a crucial role in driving scalable growth and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
YOUR TASKS
We count on People Partners to
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to make sure the People element is integrated into business decisions.
- Provide guidance and input to the business on organizational restructures, workforce planning, and Talent Management.
- Analyse HR and business trends, and work with the People&Culture team to develop people solutions, programs, and policies.
- Lead the advocacy of all GPC programs and initiatives for knoell: communicate the business value of people initiatives and manage HR program rollouts to minimize business disruption.
- Provide day-to-day people management guidance to leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- In partnership with L&D team address training and development needs of respective client groups.
- In collaboration with Talent Acquisition team support the recruiting efforts of the respective client groups.
- Provide expertise in technical and legal aspects of employment, including hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR domain, including min 3 years in a HR Business Partner role, preferably in a matrix organization.
- Working knowledge of multiple (global) HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational design, DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), performance management, leadership development, recruiting, respective employment laws.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven track record in managing organisational changes and org integration, preferably on international level.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Relation focused.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands on approach (ready to roll up the sleeves and deliver).
