Personal Assistant (M/F/X) to CIO / COO - DHL E-Commerce
Your tasks
In this exciting position, you will support the Chief Information Officer & Chief Operations Officer with all organizational and administrative tasks. These include:
- Deliver general administrative support plans and processes for CIO and COO office
- Appointment, travel and meeting planning including coordination with other assistants at home and abroad
- Travel organization and accounting
- Preparation of correspondence and presentations
- Administration of IT and ordering office equipment via GeT
- Planning and execution of events
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings
- Supervision of smaller projects within the business unit
- Apply best practices, provide input for modifications and improvements in administrative support processes and systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency

- Maintain and build strong relationships with key external and internal Management
- Minute general meetings as required
- Deal with critical information in a confidential and professional manner
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training with corresponding qualification
- Professional experience in an assistant function or in the areas of responsibility outlined above
- Confident handling of common office applications
- Ideally, initial experience in using the Group's internal ordering system GeT and Request IT
- Experience in organizing and booking business trips
- Structured, independent and
customer-orien
ted working style in combination with a high level of commitment and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a dynamic team in an international environment
- Excellent knowledge of English and ideally German
