Durchführung von Kontrollen und Abnahmen maritimer Anlagen und Komponenten gemäß vorgegebener Qualitätsstandards bei den von uns beauftragten Fertigungsunternehmen und in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
Carry out Factory Acceptance Tests and inspections of maritime systems and components in accordance with specified quality standards. This will be done at the manufacturing companies commissioned by us and in collaboration with our customers.
Inspektion der Anlagen und Komponenten auf Konformität mit nationalen und internationalen Normen (Schweißkonstruktionen und Maschinenbau) sowie nach Klassifikationsvorschriften Inspection of maritime systems and components (welded constructions and machined components) in conformity with national and international standards as well as classification rules and regulations.
Überwachung der Korrektur von Qualitätsabweichungen und Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im Konstruktions- und Produktionsumfeld
Development and implementation and monitoring of an effective quality method to resolve and ultimately prevent customer complaints due to quality deviations in the construction and production environment.
Professionelle Kommunikation nach innen und außen, Berichterstattung sowie Dokumentation
Professional communication skills as well as reporting and technical documentation (internal and external).
Regelmäßige Reisen in Deutschland und Europa bzw. Remote-Überwachungsmaßnahmen Frequent travel within Germany and Europe and remote surveillance measures.

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen / What we expect from you

Nach Ihrem technischen Studium der Fachrichtung Stahlbau, Maschinenbau oder Schweißtechnik oder einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Techniker/Meister konnten Sie mindestens 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung oder Fertigung im Schiffbau sammeln
After completing your technical studies in steel construction, mechanical engineering or welding technology or completing training as a technician/master craftsman, you were able to obtain at least 5 - 10 years of professional experience in the area of quality assurance or production in shipbuilding production/assemply.
Sie sind vertraut mit den Anforderungen der DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001 und der Umsetzung von Qualitätsmanagementstandards
You have knowledge of and are comfortable implementing the requirements of the quality applicable management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001)
Sie haben ein sicheres Auftreten, sind durchsetzungsfähig und haben Spaß, praktikable Lösungen mit internationalen Experten zu erarbeiten
You have a confident demeanor, clear communication skills are assertive and enjoy working on practical solutions with international experts.
Idealerweise haben Sie Schulungen in Schweiß- und NDT-Verfahren absolviert
Additional qualifications in NDT control and welding technologies are preferred
Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, einen routinierten Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen und eine Offenheit gegenüber digitalisierten Methoden setzen wir für diese Position voraus
For this position, we require a business level knowledge of spoken and written English, and experience in using MS-Office applications and an openness to modern digital technology.
