About the role
The Digital Products team is part of a corporate organisation and owns various products / topics with different complexity. Primary focus is to establish standard services with a sustainable approach to adapt existing processes and products considering rapid company growth. To build up the new team we are looking for a (Junior) Product Manager (f/m/d).

What You Will Do

You are consulting internal stakeholders by guiding towards the right complexity if several sizes of products are available. You are sharing best practices, guidelines or recommendations about the product(s) / topic(s) under your responsibility
You are developing our digital product(s) further by creating a product backlog, facilitating product enhancement decisions, and enabling of new features
You are initiating appropriate communication channels and ensuring proper enablement by organizing community calls or conducting trainings
You are owning the governance, ensuring process(es) compliance, standard formats, and usage of our products
You are responsible for quality assurance by defining measures, developing KPI dashboards and driving improvement initiatives
You are supporting, guiding the stakeholders from functional perspective, managing identified issues and ensuring a continuous improvement process

What You Bring

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in product management with different focus
Service-oriented mindset and consulting competence
Self-starter, keen to learn and to deep dive digital solutions
Excellent communication as well as facilitation and interpersonal skills
Strong hands-on-mentality and proven problem-solving skills, to drive tasks to successful completion in a fast-paced global environment
Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
