Your mission
- Coordinate and lead the seasonal planning process by managing KPI targets, generating comprehensive reports, and driving Merchandising Planning alongside Global Go-To-Market teams and Business Units.
- Establish robust tracking for Merchandising Planning, providing proactive analysis and clear updates on strategic deviations.
- Perform advanced data analytics to generate actionable insights that support executive decision-making and business growth.
- Optimize global planning workflows by implementing industry best practices across divisions and product lines.
- Leverage high-precision market and sell-through data to guide strategic business moves.
- Validate regional product forecasts, identify efficiency potential, and deliver strategic reports directly to Senior Management.
- Enhance forecasting accuracy and functional alignment through continuous workflow improvements.
- Monitor global market performance to share relevant business intelligence across international teams.
Your talent
- Experience: At least 1–2 years in planning (financial, demand, supply, or merchandising) within a medium- to large-scale business.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential. Knowledge of SQL or macros is a distinct advantage.
- Communication: Strong ability to present complex insights clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
- Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative, data-driven approach.
