This is a full-time role for a highly motivated, results driven Senior Consultant / Associate Director supporting the Managing Partner in our Berlin Office.
The role involves working with landlords, tenants, property managers, and investors to ensure successful lease agreements. The position requires a deep understanding of the Berlin real estate market, strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage a portfolio of properties.
Business Generation & Fee Income
- Generate sales opportunities through client connections, reports and /or pitching.
- Consider potential leasing opportunities, both on and off market.
- Proven skills in report writing, research advice, presentation skills and closing transactions.
- Attend events to promote the department and firm amongst clients and professional organisations.
- Share clients with colleagues to maximise business generation.
Client Care
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, property owners, and investors.
- Engage with existing team and Knight Frank clients, as a well as generate new clients.
- Respond quickly to client enquiries.
- Foster and promote the professional image of Knight Frank at all times.
- Maintain a high professional profile and be continually alert to business opportunities.

- Have a deep understanding of the Berlin property market.
- Understand the dynamics of the consumer and operations in the Berlin arena.
- Take a close interest in the property press and the national press with a view to building up a wide perspective of the property market and related activities.
- Be sensitive to changes in the local market/sector and respond effectively.
- Adhere to all deadlines set for the completion of work.
- Fully understand office records and procedures and be able to make good use of all the available information contained therein.
- Maintain confidentiality in respect of all work undertaken by the Department and be aware of what is likely to be sensitive information.

Professional experience and personal skills profile
Career Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience in a specialist role
- Broad commercial property experience
Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
- Fluent English
- A good standard of numeracy
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain important client relationships
- A strong transactional track record
